The Lamb:
All our lambs have been pastured since birth and treated according to the rigorous European Union animal welfare standards. We are committed to ethical end-to-end treatment of all of our animals. Our lambs are processed at Meatworks in Westport, MA which was designed with input from Temple Grandin to reduce stress on the animals and is USDA-inspected.
Cost:
Your $100 dollar deposit reserves your order, the remainder of the balance is due at the time of pickup. Cost is $19/lb packed weight on cuts. And $16/pack of sausage. These boxes will average about 19 lbs of lamb cuts and 6 lbs of sausage. ~$450-500 in total.

The pickup location is: Runner Stone Farm, 15 Virtue Circle, Falmouth, MA 02540. Please select a day and pickup time at checkout.
